Marshall Reynolds founded Rencor Development in 2001 and is acting President and CEO of the company. Rencor has since developed six commercial properties totaling more than 300,000 square feet of space, all within the Phoenix metro area market.
For more than three decades, Mr. Reynolds has been involved with commercial real estate development, specializing in: office, medical, casino, and hotel development across the country.

Barb McCarty joined Rencor in early 2007. As head of Property Management department, she has become an integral part of the company. She interfaces with every tenant within each property that Rencor manages.  Her personal connections with tenants garnishes high praise from those tenants, which translates into higher retention rates, in turn keeping our landlords pleased.
